Skating at the Old Port

Nothing says romance like a night time skate. Head down to the Old Port with your skates and take in the twinkling lights of the colourful Ferris wheel. You can choose from skating on the natural or artificial rink!

Montreal Museum of Fine Art

Located near the McGill campus the museum offers plenty of free exhibits to those under 30. For those over 31 the admissions fee for major exhibits is $23.  Explore everything from renascence pieces to pop art.

C’ChôColat

What’s valentine’s day without a bit (or a lot) of chocolate. Located right off the main shopping street ( St. Catherine) this café is heaven on earth. Indulge in their most loved dessert the “C-Wow” a dark chocolate bubble covered with hot caramel sauce filled with an assortment of brownies, waffle chunks and ice cream of choice!

Holder

You can’t make a trip to Montreal without enjoying a fabulous Sunday Brunch, and Holder is the place to do it. This upscale French Bistro offers a mean brunch in an airy, bright room with service that will make you feel like royalty. Their poached eggs are also not to be missed. Try to get there sooner rather than later as it gets busy on weekends.

Brigade Pizzeria Napolitaine

Take a break from your exploring and sneak into this funky pizza joint right off St. Catherine. Enjoy their wood fired pizza your way with a totally customizable menu! Soft and moist in the middle with a crispy crust made to dip in their homemade olive oil.
