Here Are All Of The Christmas Movies Coming To Netflix Canada December 1st

The month of Christmas is less than ten days away, and Netflix is coming in strong with a host of holiday releases on December 1st. Here’s what to look for.

The Holiday Movies That Made Us

If you’re a fan of Netflix documentaries, you’re going to love their December 1st release of The Holiday Movies That Made Us. The two-episode season 1 takes us behind popular holiday movies like Elf and The Nightmare Before Christmas, to see never-before-seen insights and stories, and hear from some of the behind-the-scenes teams that brought us our greatest holiday classics.

Christmas Wonderland (2018)

An ex-artist turned bold businesswoman, Aunt Heidi (Emily Osment) is asked to watch her sister’s kids for just two days during December. It quickly becomes apparent that Aunt Heidi isn’t able to adjust to suburban life. With the help of her nephew/ niece, she rediscovers the joy of living in the moment.

A Christmas Catch (2018)

A quaint and under-rated rom-com about an undercover detective who falls in love with her prime suspect, just in time for the holidays.

Christmas With A Prince (2018)

A not-so-modern fairytale set in the modern-day, Christmas With A Prince follows a young reporter assigned to cover a royal family during the holidays. After spending days tiptoeing around the palace, she runs into the Prince, who, despite best efforts, is still looking for his queen.

Angela’s Christmas Wish (2020)

A Netflix JR short film full of holiday magic for your young ones, Angela’s Christmas Wish follows a young girl at the turn of the century hoping to get her dad back for Christmas.
