Pumpkin
Though a top-5 favourite, only 8% of survey respondents chose Pumpkin as their favourite pie.
Blueberry
In similar US surveys, Blueberry pie fell well below favourite. But in Canada, over 10% of people rank Blueberry #1.
Pecan Pie
Another 10% love the sweetness of Pecan Pie, and not just during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Lemon Meringue
Surprisingly, tart and sweet Lemon Meringue Pie takes 2nd place in Canada, with a whopping 14% of respondents choosing this dessert as their favourite pie.
Apple Pie
A time-honoured classic, Apple Pie is still a favourite across Canada and the US, as the most popular flavour of pie in both countries. In Canada, over 18% of people are estimated to favourite Apple Pie, according to the survey.
