City of OM Returns to Celebrate Yoga, Music, and Mindfulness

Ottawa’s wellness community is getting ready for one of the city’s most anticipated summer events as City of Om officially returns June 12 to 14, 2026 at the RA Centre. Recognized as Canada’s largest movement and wellness festival, the three-day event brings together thousands of attendees for a full weekend dedicated to fitness, mindfulness, recovery, and connection.

What began as a yoga-focused gathering has evolved into a full-scale wellness experience featuring yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, meditation sessions, workshops, live music, healthy food vendors, and immersive wellness activations. Across nine dedicated festival spaces, attendees can move between classes, recovery areas, community experiences, and the festival’s Vendor Village featuring more than 40 wellness and lifestyle brands.

This year’s festival will also include a 5K run, family-friendly programming, kids yoga, and new fitness collaborations, including HYROX experiences and specialty classes throughout the weekend. Organizers expect more than 3,000 participants to attend the festival over the three-day event.

Part of what makes City of Om stand out is the atmosphere itself. Rather than focusing solely on fitness, the festival blends movement with community, wellness, and intentional living, creating a space that feels equal parts energizing and restorative. From high-intensity workouts and breathwork classes to sound healing sessions and outdoor yoga flows, the festival is designed to welcome all experience levels and wellness interests.

Set against the backdrop of the RA Centre, the event has become one of Ottawa’s defining wellness gatherings and continues to reflect the growing demand for experiences centered around health, connection, and mindful living. Whether attendees are looking to challenge themselves physically, discover new wellness brands, or simply spend a summer weekend surrounded by positive energy, City of Om has positioned itself as one of the city’s standout lifestyle events of the season.
