This speakeasy-style venue off Silver Seven Drive has quickly become a popular venue for corporate events, holiday parties, and personal celebrations, says SFR Distillery’s Master Distiller Adam Brierley, whose dedication to the craft of distillation has transformed the local distillery into a renowned destination. “It’s been quite the ride. We believe in creating a unique experience for all by providing the best in artisanal spirits and hospitality.” Adam has channeled his aerospace engineering background into crafting exceptional small-batch spirits that celebrate the rich grains of the Ottawa Valley, including the standout Ogham Original Moonshine.
SFR Distillery is equipped to accommodate a variety of private events, from corporate gatherings to family celebrations, with a capacity of up to 45 guests. Every event is personalized, ensuring that hosts can tailor the experience to fit their specific needs. Adam emphasizes the importance of this personal touch–his team can create custom craft cocktails or a guided tasting experience of their range of spirits.
