Meal Prep Ottawa’s New Breakfast Burrito Is a Great Way to Give Back

Meal Prep Ottawa (MPO), the city’s go-to meal delivery service, is known for fueling Ottawa’s busiest professionals, athletes, and families with fresh, chef-prepared meals. Now, they’re making breakfast better—and more meaningful—with their newest creation, the DIXON Breakfast Burrito.

Crafted in collaboration with bodybuilder and fitness coach Samuel Dixon, the DIXON Breakfast Burrito is designed to kickstart your day with a high-protein boost. Combining tender pulled chicken, thick-cut bacon, roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed peppers and onions, fluffy scrambled eggs, cheddar, and a tangy yogurt chipotle crema into one satisfying breakfast guaranteed to make getting out of bed a little easier.

Samuel Dixon, a well-known figure in Ottawa’s fitness community, worked closely with MPO’s chefs to create a wrap that’s both delicious and designed to support an active lifestyle. “Sam’s dedication to health and fitness made him the perfect partner for this project,” said Denis Analytis, founder of MPO. “We wanted something that wasn’t just tasty, but functional—perfect for anyone on the go.”

A portion of every burrito sold goes to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), a charity chosen by Dixon himself. Thanks to the overwhelming support of the community, MPO has donated over $1300 to CHEO since the fundraiser began.

“We’re always looking for ways to give back to the community that’s supported us,” said Analytis. “Partnering with Sam and donating to CHEO felt like a natural fit. It’s amazing to see how a small idea like this can make a big difference.”

The DIXON Breakfast Burrito can be added to any online order or purchased at MPO’s retail locations. For more details, visit mealprepottawa.com/thedixon.

Whether you’re starting your day or giving back to a great cause, this is one burrito you don’t want to miss.
