Magic of Lights at Wesley Clover Parks

When: November 21, 2025 – January 3, 2026
Magic of Lights returns for its 10th season, featuring over two million lights along a 2 km route. Highlights include a newly designed light tunnel, a “Prehistoric Christmas” display, and a festive “Pit Stop” area where visitors can walk illuminated trails, write letters to Santa, and enjoy classic winter treats. Proceeds support the CHEO Foundation, making the event both festive and meaningful.

Ottawa Christmas Market – Lansdowne Park

When: November 21–23 and November 27–30, 2025
The Ottawa Christmas Market offers European-style vendor cabins, live performances, and seasonal treats. This year features the interactive “Christmas Around the World” flag hunt, inviting visitors to explore and discover different cultures while shopping and enjoying holiday cheer.

Saunders Farm Country Christmas

When: December 6–30, 2025
Saunders Farm brings rustic holiday fun with a new Forest Light Walk, puppet shows at the Elf Academy, cookie decorating, Santa visits, and festive shopping. Guests can enjoy warm seasonal treats and shop for Christmas trees and gifts.

Winter Wander on Sparks Street

When: November 18, 2025 – January 5, 2026
Winter Wander transforms Sparks Street into a holiday-lit pedestrian stroll, complete with illuminated trees, festive installations, and cozy spaces for photos. It’s designed for visitors to enjoy the seasonal atmosphere in a safe, walkable downtown setting.

Trees of Hope at Fairmont Château Laurier

When: November 17, 2025 – January 6, 2026
Trees of Hope is a charitable holiday tradition in support of CHEO. Local organizations decorate Christmas trees in the hotel lobby around the theme “’Twas the Night – A Yuletide Tale”, and visitors can admire the trees and vote for their favourites.
