Ottawa just got a new escape route!
In order to boost summer travel options, Porter Airlines is launching a new direct flight route from Ottawa to Kelowna.
Starting May 13, 2026 Porter Airlines will offer 5 weekly flights between Ottawa and Kelowna.
The new connection serves as a convenient and direct escape from the capital to the beautiful eastern shore of Okanagan Lake, giving residents more options to travel within Canada to discover stunning provincial parks, forests, vineyards and mountains.
Kelowna’s vibrant energy and mix of urban and natural beauty makes it the perfect destination for a quick getaway, a longer break or simply to explore more of what Canada has to offer.
