Still looking for a camp to sign your daughter up for this summer? Blue Heron School of Discovery is offering an empowering experience for teenage girls aged 14-17 in July & August.
Director Laura Gillespie explains that these retreats will help young women gain confidence and self-esteem, while finding their ‘voice’ and discovering their unique self. They will experience this through individual and group activities such as time in nature, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and body movement.
There are two retreats to choose from, including day or overnight options:
