Study Says Your Self Esteem Will Peak At This Age

The idea that it’s all downhill after your youth was just thrown out the window. A new study published in the Psychological Bulletin found that most people experience their peak level of self esteem when they hit their 60s.

This time in our lives is when we are most confident and established in our careers and our relationships, and our children have grown up and are self-sufficient. This is why researchers claim that people in their 60s might be the most confident of us all.

According to these findings, your self esteem will continue to grow until your 60s.
