For over 45 years, Campanale has been a one-stop shop for families and businesses looking to rent, own, or build in the Ottawa area. The family-owned and family-run company specializes in residential and commercial construction boasting an expanding property management division.
The Campanale Family
Campanale was born through the shared vision of brothers who set out to revolutionize the Ottawa real estate industry. Through cutting-edge innovation and cost-effective quality, their operation quickly expanded into residential development, commercial ventures, and property management.
A family whose history is visible across the city and beyond – Campanale’s second generation is now leading all areas of the business while their parents remain actively involved offering invaluable support and guidance. The driven and ambitious minds of Timothy (Contracts Manager), Cody (Land Development Manager), Mike (Construction Manager), Jenna (Director of Property Management), Matthew (Receptionist & Office Assistant), and Santana (Director of Sales, Marketing & Commercial Leasing), have decades of experience under their belts, and work proudly with the continued mentorship and leadership of the first generation team members. Santana is Campanale’s point of entry, certified in Leadership, Negotiation and Net Zero Sales, she spearheads the entire client journey, whether they’re looking to own, rent commercial space or build. “We prioritize building long-lasting relationships with our clients,” says Santana. “When you choose to work with Campanale, you become part of our family.”

Renowned for constructing highly sought-after communities such as Prince of Wales on the Rideau, The Hunt Club Classics, The Gates of Longfields, Woodroffe Walk, Steel Street Place, King George’s Gate, Stonehenge, Riverwood, and now Callahan Estates in Arnprior and Longfields Station in Barrhaven, Campanale’s expertise is unmatched. Each development reflects careful craftsmanship and commitment to harmonization with its environment.

Longfields Square II in Barrhaven
Longfields Square II is part of Longfields Station, Campanale’s master-planned community in Barrhaven, located 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. This project builds on the success of Longfields Square, now home to several thriving businesses including Carmelito Café, Greek on Wheels, Phynicia Restaurant and more. Longfields Square II is a continuation of this development, offering a commercial-residential mix ideally suited for small business owners and individuals seeking a modern, convenient lifestyle.
The development consists of 11 commercial units, 16 terrace homes, and 12 lofts featuring rooftop patios. Reflecting Campanale’s reputation for superior construction and ongoing care, the project’s popularity was immediate, with only a few units remaining. Campanale is especially proud of this development—slated for completion in 2024—because it brings more housing options, and access to sought-after amenities in the area, making it perfect for professionals and young families.
