EVOLV3 Conference Returns to Brookstreet Hotel on March 6, 2025

The second annual EVOLV3 Conference, presented by Mattamy Homes, will take place on March 6, 2025, at the Brookstreet Hotel in Ottawa, bringing together 400 real estate professionals for a full day of training on mindset, systems, and sales skills. Designed to help attendees scale their businesses in a shifting market, the event caters to both newly licensed Realtors and established teams looking to refine their strategies. This year, EVOLV3 also has a philanthropic goal, aiming to raise $35,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa through the Northern Alliance Foundation for Giving.

The conference will feature speakers from across the real estate and business sectors, including Tony Greco, founder of TG Athletics; Nancy Forlini, a top-performing RE/MAX agent; and Danny Griffin, owner of The Realty Classroom. Sessions will also include insights from experts like Bill Johnston, Senior Vice-President at Equifax, and Carrie Soave, an AI coach specializing in real estate.

Organized by Northern Alliance, an Ottawa-based real estate group known for its focus on collaboration, education, and community support, EVOLV3 offers attendees a value-packed ticket, providing access to industry-leading speakers, expert insights, and a networking lunch. The day concludes with a Happy Hour and Networking Session, giving participants a chance to connect with peers and industry leaders in a more relaxed setting.

With a full day of presentations, networking opportunities, and practical advice, EVOLV3 provides real estate professionals with a platform to develop new strategies and build connections. Tickets are available now, and the event is open to both individuals and teams.
