Need Some Fitness Motivation? Join Ottawa’s Zombie Run Next Weekend

Not your average run amongst the leaves, the Rattle Me Bones Zombie Run comes to Ottawa on October 5th.

The run takes place at Proulx Maple and Berry Farm, on a 2.5 kilometre trail through their corn maze that is laden with live zombies – or sKreamers – ones that will jump out at you, chase you, and above all, get your adrenaline pumping to the core.

While the event is sure to excite (for better or for worse), the run is a fundraiser in support of research into bone and soft tissue cancer. Registration for the 4:30 race can be found on the Rattle Me Bones website.
