The Carp Fair Starts This Week and Will Host An Extreme Rodeo

The 156th Carp Fair starts this coming week and there are no shortage of reasons to go, including it’s endless midway and over 700 agriculture and home craft exhibitors. For the dog-lover in your family, the President’s Choice Superdogs will also be making an appearance, and performers Meghan Patrick and David Wilcox will be hitting the stage Friday and Sunday.

On Sunday September 29th, the Rawhide Rodeo will be entertaining fair-goers with real-live rodeo action. A kid’s Rodeo will start at 10 am, followed by a a behind-the-scenes tour for anyone wanting to see what the rodeo life is all about. The main event – The Carp Fair Extreme Rodeo – starts at noon and includes classic rodeo events – calf roping, steer wrestling, bareback horse and bull riding, saddle bronc, and barrel racing and more.
