Niche food festivals are pretty mainstream these days (so maybe not so niche), and Mac and Cheese did not escape the trend. Mac My Cheese is a festival coming to Ottawa that is completely dedicated to the love of Macaroni and Cheese.
15 vendors will take over City Hall on October 4th – 6th to offer their unique spin on the classic mac and cheese. Try a mac and cheese BLT, a mac & grilled cheese, or enter their eating competition.
