On September 28th at 2:26 pm, there will be a full moon over Ottawa, but it will also be a what astrologers call a Super New Moon.
A new moon, according to timeanddate.com, is when the Sun and Moon are aligned, with the Sun and Earth on opposite sides of the Moon. This becomes a Supermoon when it occurs when the moon is at its closest approach to Earth.
A Supermoon can appear brighter and closer to Earth, but the difference is hard to spot without the help of a telescope.
