The Best Potato Skin Recipe To Exist (Ever)

Looking for a game day snack that impresses? Potato skins are perfect for the occasion.

Ingredients

  • 6 Yukon Gold baked potatoes cooled
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cups  shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Sour cream (garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (garnish)

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Cut potatoes horizontally in half. Use a spoon and scoop out most of the pulp. Take the shells and put them skin side down onto baking sheet. Afterwards, brush them slightly with oil so they crisper in the oven. Bake them for approximately 15 minutes (or until golden brown). Fill with as much cheese and bacon as you’d like; top with a generous amount of sour cream and green onion. Bonne appetite!
